Obtaining a real estate license in the state of Florida is not difficult, if you know what to expect, and can fulfill the requirements.
We have attached a link to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, so you must be sure that you know the relevant information from your Florida before you get too deep in preparing for your real estate exam.
You can check to find the names of licensing schools near you. Florida does also require post-licensing coursework immediately after you earn your license; and does require continuing education throughout your career to keep your license active.
